Cross-country skiing in Ramsau

You can get to the cross-country skiing trail in the Ramsau directly in front of the door. It is world-famous with a length of around 220 kilometers. Ramsau is a popular training center for the world elite of the cross-country skiers, ski jumpers and nordic combiners.

With great dedication and service, we will continue to meet the needs of our guests and visitors. For this we bought new equipment and the team for the cross-country preparation aufgestockt. Meanwhile, four specialists are working on the Ramsau cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails. We therefore ask for your understanding.

Endless cross-country trails!

Ramsau am Dachstein, the largest tourist community in Styria, offers 220 km of sports and skating trails. These are daily maintained. A contribution is made to the use of the cross-country infrastructure. The cross-country ski passes are offered either for a certain period of time or for the entire duration of their stay by the Ramsauer rental companies or directly at the cross-country ski run. In the 2- and 3-day-tickets or the week-card is the use of the Ramsauer Linienbuss on the plateau from or to the cross-country trails included.

Children up to 15 years free of charge. Extension of the week card with a valid WinterCard free of charge for the entire duration of your holiday.

You will also find great cross-country trails in the other holiday centers of the region in front of a fantastic mountain scenery or in idyllic valleys. For variety the best is provided - even without a car the trails are perfect.
