Cancellation policy

It is always annoying when something comes in between. For you, because the long-awaited vacation falls into the water and for us, because rooms remain free that would otherwise have been booked by other guests.

The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

This means - if you cancel up to 3 months before the actual arrival, there are no cancellation fees!

Cancellation from 3 months to 1 month - 40% of the booking price.

Cancellation from 1 month to 1 week - 70% of the booking price.

Cancellation in the last week - 90% of the booking price.

In the event of early departure, the entire reservation amount must be paid.

Info: It is not mandatory to pay for the holiday with this card, in most cases the card only has to be used regularly!]



⦿ Cancellation conditions "Covid 19":

If arrival is not possible for the following reasons, you can of course cancel free of charge until shortly before the start of your holiday:

"Covid 19" - handling in our house:

In order to be able to offer you a carefree holiday, we have also implemented all hygiene measures as best we can.


All our guests have to do is wash and disinfect their hands before breakfast. (Disinfectant is available)
No mask requirement for guests - duty only for staff (canceled from 01.07.2020!)

Otherwise, everything is almost "normal" again, and in our region we always ask for the guests' reason and personal responsibility.


This means:
